Jennifer Rene Psaki
Jennifer Rene Psaki is a American political advisor who served as the 34th White House news secretary between 2021 and 222. She is a member of the Democratic Party and previously served as the White House deputy Press Secretary (2009), the White House deputy Communications Director (2009-2011) and the spokesperson for US Department of State (2013-15) and the White House communications direct (2015-17). Psaki was a CNN political commentator from 2017 to 2020. Psaki began her career in the 2001 re-election campaign in Iowa of Tom Harkin and Tom Vilsack who were both Democrats for the U.S. Senate. Psaki then served as press secretary in John Kerry's presidential election campaign. From 2005 until the year 2006, Psaki served as communications director for U.S. representative Joseph Crowley as well as the regional press secretary of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Psaki returned in 2012 for political communication, serving as press secretary for President Obama’s 2012 reelection campaign. [20] Psaki quit as spokesperson for the United States Department of State on February 11, 2013. 20 years ago, she was employed at the Department of State to fill the White House Press Secretary Jay Carney's position.[21] But, Josh Earnest took his spot on May 30, 2014. In 2015, she returned to the White House as communications director and was there until the end of the Obama administration.
